Shipping policy

West Coast Body Jewelry ships wholesale orders to professional piercing studios across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Squamish, British Columbia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders that include pouching and sterilization are processed after the sterilization cycle is complete and logged, which can add to the processing time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding BC statutory holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the destination. Free shipping applies to qualifying wholesale orders over $500 CAD (or the CAD equivalent for US orders).

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by carrier, service level and destination, and are estimates only. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the US may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to change the address once an order has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us at info@wcbjewelry.com within 45 days of purchase with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents so we can put it right.
