Return Policy

Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please take a picture of the jewelry and contact us within 45 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, issue a refund.

Unsatisfactory Items: If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be in their original condition. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Should there be any duty or additional fees owing upon receipt of the item, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions: Custom orders are not eligible for return.
